I'm a Trauma Coach, facilitator, consultant, and the founder of Propelling Thoughts.

At my core, I believe that meaningful change doesn't always come from dramatic breakthroughs. More often, it begins with a small shift in awareness, a new perspective, or a moment of emotional clarity.

Propelling Thoughts was born from my passion for helping people better understand themselves, navigate their emotions, and move through life with greater confidence and intention. Over the years, my work has evolved across emotional wellbeing, personal growth, leadership development, coaching, workshops, journaling, and brand consulting. While these may seem like different paths, they are all connected by a single purpose: helping people and brands move forward with clarity.

I am naturally multipassionate, and I've learned to embrace that as my strength. Whether I'm working with an individual seeking emotional balance, facilitating a workshop, designing a learning experience, or consulting a brand on communication and strategy, I bring the same foundation of curiosity, empathy, and thoughtful transformation.

My approach combines practical tools, emotional awareness, inner inquiry, and structured reflection to create shifts that feel safe, sustainable, and real. I don't believe people need fixing. I believe they need space, support, and the right tools to reconnect with themselves.
